Yoga

YOGA helps to create balance between body, mind and spirit through the practice of yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. Studies have shown this ancient practice effective in reducing stress; relieving pain; and restoring strength, flexibility and overall function of the body.

Our classes are limited to 10 students, to ensure that you learn safely and effectively. Modifications are always offered making our classes suitable for students of all levels. Private yoga instruction is also offered by appointment.

Some of our classes include: Yoga for Back Health and Sciatica; Restorative Yoga to Relax and De-Stress; Gentle Yoga for Better Balance; Therapeutic Chair Yoga; and Gentle Yoga for Flexibility.
