Gentle Yoga for Flexibility

In this class, you will experience deep rhythmic breathing, accompanied by simple stretches to enhance flexibility in a safe and comfortable setting.

When the mind quiets down and your body resolves patterns of tension, then harmony and well-being are naturally restored.

This class is suitable for students of all levels, including those who are new to yoga.

If you miss a class, you are welcome to make it up in any of our other classes, as long as space allows. Classes must be made up during the 8 week session. You are welcome to join a class at anytime.
