Yoga for Chronic Pain & Flexibility

All levels are welcome to join this well-rounded class to increase flexibility and optimize range of motion, and promote relaxation and stress relief. Harmonized breathwork with mindful movement helps students develop self-awareness without judgment, in order to practice with calm and ease. This class is also designed to assist students with or without limitations due to chronic pain, illness, treatment side-effects, or being in the stage of recovery. Instruction is compassionate and attentive to meet the individual needs of each student.
